The Freedom Day

The fourth of July is a day I've always looked forward to. Partly because of my mom's potato salad and pork and beans, and partly because of the fireworks. Last year I was in Denmark and didn't shoot off any fireworks but I did spend it with a lovely family! This year, I had my parents and boyfriend come to my house to enjoy the festivities of eating. We had a menu of hamburgers and hot dogs with potato salad, pork n' beans, corn on the cob, and watermelon salsa. The weather was nice which is ridiculous for Oklahoma...especially in July. I had to close at the gas station but afterwards we went out and shot fireworks. Racheal, J-Hern, Nehemiah, and my parents all went out and enjoyed the show Nehemiah attempted to do. (He strung at least 4 things together.)
